Could You Give Others the 'Confidence to Cook'?

A fantastic opportunity from Upper Amman Valley Communities First:

Following the success of last year’s “Confidence to Cook” course, we want to train local people to train others.

“Confidence to Cook” aims to increase people’s skills and confidence in creating simple, healthy dishes for the family, that won’t break the bank! So, to provide more local people with these skills, we are looking for 6 local people to be trained to run community cookery courses within the Upper Amman Valley.

The course starts on 11th February, at St. Catherine’s Church Hall, Brynamman, and will run from 10am to 1pm every Wednesday morning, for 10 weeks.

The course is accredited at OCN level 2, and will provide you with the skills needed to run and manage cooking groups, and teach practical cooking skills.
