Carmarthenshire Life Skills Project Officially Launched

This is a project supporting people recovering from alcohol misuse to help build up their life skills to get back into employment, training and to re-engage with their community.
At the core of the project is a 12 week life skills programme that gives people the skills and confidence needed to take control of their lives, maintain healthy lifestyle choices and realise their goals. The programme is backed up with other services such as counselling, anger management courses and training and employment services.
The project is supported by Big Lottery Fund and is based at Unit 3, 2-4 Station Road, Llanelli. The project can be contacted on 01554 746176.
