On Friday 15 August, residents of Tyisha, Llanelli, enjoyed a beautiful sunny day in Tenby. We were very lucky to have a day without rain for our trip - a well chosen date!!

The coach trip was organised by Tyisha Residents and Tenants Association, one of several trips organised through the year. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed. Some took the opportunity to visit Caldey Island, others shopped, sat on the beach or had a pub lunch.

Tyisha Residents and Tenants Association meet once a month, usually on the last Wednesday of the month, at St Barnabas Hall, Llewellyn St, at 6:45pm. Come along and have your say on local issues. Many people on the trip took photos, some with their own cameras, the residents' group camera, some with Carmarthenshire Connect cameras, and one lucky guy even had his own digital SLR!!
