Mess Up The Mess Youth Theatre to Represent Wales at UK Impetus Awards
Brynaman based youth theatre Mess Up The Mess have been selected to represent Wales in the prestigious UK Impetus Awards Showcase.
The Impetus awards, organised by the Institute for Global Ethics UK Trust, celebrate the work of young people in bringing to life human rights and the shared ethical values that underpin them.
At yesterday’s ceremony at the National Botanic Gardens, groups from across Wales shared their work with each other and were congratulated by the Children’s Commissioner for Wales. Mess Up The Mess Youth Theatre’s recent “Strangers” project was one of two projects seen as demonstrating best practice and will go forward to represent Wales at the Impetus Awards’ UK Showcase event held in London in September.
