Pushy Prams
A new workout class called Pushy Prams started up last week. The class is a chance for mums to get exercise and tone up while pushing their prams. The group was set up by Glanymor and Tyisha Communities First Sports Development Officer Eryl Daniels.

Pushy Prams sets off from Bwlch Youth and Community Centre, Morfa, Llanelli every Thursday at 1pm for the next 12 weeks.
